Blueprint Housing & Investments

We are a UK-based initiative dedicated to fostering secure and consistent investment opportunities within the housing sector, focusing on the twin pillars of sustainable development and creating long-term value for our investors.

Our commitment to ensure financial returns but also to provide a positive impact on communities and the environment through guaranteeing quality in our developments. By prioritising investments that are not only secure but also environmentally sustainable by applying renewable energy sources, we aspire to lead by example in the movement towards a greener, more inclusive future.

With a seasoned team boasting over 50 years of combined experience in health, social care, and real estate for supported living, Blueprint is uniquely positioned to address some of the most pressing challenges in the UK housing market. From providing stable housing solutions for the nation’s most vulnerable to tackling critical housing shortages and preventing homelessness, our work is integral to fostering healthier, more resilient communities.

Our current focus involves managing significant demand for shared accommodation, catering to adults seeking communal living spaces, and specific family accommodation, designed to meet the varied needs of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom households. This effort is in collaboration with various Local Authorities and Housing Associations, based on a model that ensures residents’ well-being and investments’ sustainability.

Join us at Blueprint as we embark on this journey to build a better tomorrow through responsible and impactful investing in the housing sector.

Jordan Merga

Property Manager

I have been working in the property industry for over 6 years. In 2022 I completed a master’s degree in building surveying. This qualification helped my understanding of other sectors within the industry such as quantity surveying, property management and of course, building surveying.

These qualifications have helped me significantly with my everyday tasks. Being in its fast-paced industry has enabled me to work well under pressure due to timescales and improve the overall quality of every piece of work I carry out. This has created a perfectionist mentally and built my confidence in my job as I take much pride in my reputation.

I have handled renovation contracts with values up to £1.5M. This is from meeting with the lead contractor at the start of the project to handing over the project to the client on time. I believe that my skillset, expertise and hard-working approach will leave a positive impact on my colleagues to ensure the best results.
